Under 200…About Damn Time!

Today for the first time in a VERY long time I am under 200 pounds! It has been a struggle to get back down. I have changed the way I eat…basically vegetarian for the last 52 days. I only drink juice and water.

I am a little weaker than I thought I would be. Today I almost fell twice when my knee buckled while I was walking. I need to drink more juices, but I just don’t have the stomach for it. Literally I find it hard to drink the volume of juice that I do now.

Juice 175 – 2oz Wheatgrass & Pineapple

How many times can you hear how great wheatgrass is? How about pineapple? Yeah, yeah, yeah…went back to Wholefoods for more juice this morning.

Juice 176 – Wholefoods Green Monster

It’s been a while since I had some green monster. I thought I would reunite with some of the ginger and parsley in the juice.
